Leaders Care

The work matters, but so do you. Our leaders are genuinely invested in the people behind the projects.

Most weeks begin with internal catch-ups with your line manager to check-in on the week ahead before we convene as a whole team to prioritise our tasks. As the week progresses, you can expect to attend client meetings each day and work on your projects - whether that's parliamentary engagement, supporting patient groups, or directly driving health policy change.
We work with big pharma including: Bayer, CSL, Takeda, Ipsen, Janssen, UCB, Kyowa Kirin, Merck, and Daiichi Sankyo. We also work with smaller biotech companies such as: Alnylam, Krystal Biotech, Menarini Stemline, and Argenx.
There are plenty of opportunities to visit Parliament, attend external events, client meetings, stakeholder events, and Conservative and Labour Party Conferences.

Oxygen Strategy welcomes all new starters with a comprehensive induction and training programme around government affairs, current policy, market access and regulatory practices, and our bespoke principles and ways of working. Tailored internal and external training and senior-level mentorship is offered to all at Oxygen, as fundamental parts of our commitment to personal development. As a member of the Oxygen team with your own unique expertise, you'll also have the opportunity to upskill your colleagues on what you're truly passionate about.
We have staff working from home in the North, the South, and the Midlands as well as those who are London-based. London-based staff also work from home or use our London office. Staff who work remotely have plenty of opportunities to visit the office for work or client meetings.
We also strive to have a 9-5 policy and finish at 4pm on a Friday.
